MACARON TOWER

Today was my brothers birthday so i decided to make homemade macarons for him~ and turn it into the shape of a tower just like Adriano Zumbo... :D ~ this is my first attempt at making the tower so it does look a little dodgy.....

The flavours of the macaron tower are:

- Matcha Green Tea

- Orange/Dark Chocolate

- White Chocolate and Raspberry 

- Raspberry

today after school i went felt like to buy sushi and decided to buy these sushi shown:

• Grilled Salmon
• Grilled Scallop
• Tempura Prawn

They tasted so yummy. If anyone wants to know where they are just ask me:)) ~~ they were pretty expensive though for each piece :/ they were 3 bux a piece :LL ~ BUT WORTH EVERY CENTTTT <3

Green Tea Macarons that I made for my school for international day :D ~ made around 100 macarons total which took me around 5 hours total for everything to produce. I'm the only one that is successful at making macarons successful therefore i had to make them for it. Made many different flavour fillings inside of them for example:

• Matcha Green Tea
• White Chocolate
• Raspberry 
• Milk Chocolate
• Vanilla Bean

Cookies and Cream, Strawberry and Coffee Macarons

My food technology task was that I am able to produce any food that i want~ the only conditions that i needed to consider before i cooked any food was that I have to cook a food that has 3 different food processes in it~ for my macarons i had:

• Aeration
• Denaturation
• Coagulation

Some of the other requirements that i needed to consider was to take a photograph of my cooking and to make it look like as if it can be a magazine cover page.

~~ FERRERO ROCHER CHEESE CAKE <3 ~~

this ferrero richer cheese cake was pretty yummy:) ~ at first when i first made it i ate it when it wasn't really set so it had kind of a pretty cheesy taste:( then froze it then tasted like ice cream cheese cake:D ~ the decoration on the top was done by my cousin and he crappy with presentation don't you people agree~
give me more ideas and if want recipe just ask:D
